• A MINUMUM OF FOUR (4) HOURS AT $50.O0 PER HOUR IS CHARGED FOR ADDITIONAL HOURS IF REQUIRED BY LESSEE FOR SETUP ON PRECEDING DAY/NIGHT, PROVIDED HALL IS NOT LEASED AT THAT TIME.
• CLEANUP MUST BE FINISHED BY 1:30 AM FOR NIGHT EVENTS.
• COST FOR ANY EVENT THAT EXCEEDS THE AGREED TIMES WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM DEPOSIT AT A RATE OF $50 PER HOUR.

• NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ALLOWED TO BE BROUGHT ON TO THE ELK’S PREMISES (PARKING LOT, BUILDINGS, ETC.) IN COMPLIANCE WITH OUR ALCOHOL BEVERAGE LICENSE.  If any alcohol is found on premises that has not been sold by the Elks it will be confiscated and discarded.
• ALL ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES MUST BE PURCHASED THROUGH THE ELK’S LODGE.
• NO SOFT DRINKS OR ICE CHESTS ALLOWED IN THE HALL BY LESSEE.
• SECURITY WILL BE HIRED AND PAID THROUGH THE BEAUMONT ELKS LODGE #311.  SECURITY MUST BE ON LOCATION (30) MINUTES PRIOR TO EVENT AND STAY UNTIL THE EVENT IS OVER.
• CLEANUP IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF LESSEE.
